These are generally online applications that provide the functionality in order to edit the content of websites and other resources.

The buying and selling of goods/services over the internet and other computer networks.

This is an email formatted using HTML, which is the coding used to create a website. It therefore allows for greater use of imagery and graphics etc. in the email which means the emails look more designed and can have more effective calls to actions.

The method by which a website is enhanced in order to rank higher on pre-defined search engines.

8. Website Hosting
This varies widely, but is basically the provision of a computer network where a website or online system resides so that other users can view it's content.
9. XHTML
