Global Integra’s list of ISO 27001 certified companies includes Vodafone and Pfizer. Kaweb are now on that list too.

After six months of hard work we’re proud to announce we’ve achieved our ISO 27001 certification with an ‘Outstanding’ pass from BSI.

We, Kaweb, gained our Certificate of Registration: ‘Information Security Management System – ISO/EC 27001:2013’ from the BSI, effective from 20th December 2021, and we’ll continue to be assessed under the BSI program every year with annual visits.

Here is what our founder and MD, Paul Ingram, had to say about the process.

“It’s the biggest thing we’ve undertaken in years as far as business restructuring… but it’s made us far more diligent and mindful of the security aspects of what we do.

As a highly technical agency, this was an obvious choice for us.

We anticipated the necessary changes over a year ago and began adjusting our business processes accordingly. While some tasks initially prompted a "really, we have to do that?" reaction, the overhaul proved to be a rewarding experience, particularly from a technical perspective.

Addressing security protocols and diving into IT assets, hosting infrastructure, and data sharing posed significant challenges. Achieving this accreditation not only clears the way for more projects but also enhances our credibility with both prospective and existing clients across all agency channels.
