The challenge

We’ve worked with Nick and his team since 2010. With seven core branches when we started our journey together, we have been side-by-side to help with the rollout of their franchising operation which has seen significant growth to over twenty five branches.

Strategy and insight

Our approach

As well as the usual estate agent site functionality, we had to ensure franchises could come on board quickly, so we built a bespoke CMS to service the multi disciplinary, multi branch Estate Agent with tiered user roles, tenancy application workflows, affordability calculators and online payments that help to alleviate the amount of work required by admin staff. Residential property markets move at such a pace it was important to ensure property feeds into the website in different formats were received and processed in a timely manner so that it could be fed back out and distributed to property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla. Alongside the fully responsive website we also deployed an iOS App that leverages the same dataset, so as to allow users to search for and find property natively, on their own device.
