Nicholas Humphreys (NJH) has been with Kaweb for many years now, when they initially approached us they not only needed an overhaul of their websites but also a new logo and marketing materials that would take their brand to the next level. Since then the business has expanded substantially and their website needed a refresh to keep ahead of competitors, cater for mobile devices and to take into account the increasing number of franchises being opened.
While redeveloping the site we took the opportunity to utilise the latest responsive design techniques to ensure optimal display and usability on all types of devices. This eliminated the need for a separate mobile site and in conjunction with the app means that NJH is easy to find and use in any format. All management is also centralised for its staff using the latest version of our Agent Admin online service.
Nicholas Humphreys estate agents has been developed using our own Agent Admin system. Our bespoke estate agent management system allows NJH administrators to take complete control of their site with branches having their own logins which restrict their management to their own franchise. Easy to use and customised to the needs and requirements of each of our clients with NJH being able to add update not only their content, news and properties but to also manage property alert subscriptions and view all online payments.
The site seamlessly integrates with third-party lettings and property management software Vebra and CFP Winman to keep properties up-to-date locally in branch and online. We add our own graphical flags to properties so as to highlight various aspects of each property (eg. Featured status, Display Address management and Feature Tags). Properties are also plotted on google maps both in road and street view with admins able to move the location pin or street view starting point to be completely accurate. Viewing request and enquiry forms, printable details, email a friend and share features are available for all types of properties on the site.
One of the most successful and used areas of the site is the secure online payment page, which allows Nicholas Humphreys’ clients to pay late rent fees, application fees, EPC fees, rental deposits etc… Relevant staff are notified via email of successful payment and a record is kept in the admin area for posterity.
The Nicholas Humphreys site brings many of its services online, letting clients can complete applications via easy to complete forms that are created via the website specifically for their needs, whether an individual, company or a guarantor. Once successfully completed NJH are able to view the completed application in their admin area in a ready to print PDF document for signing by any relevant parties.
Online Marketing, SEO & Analytics
We ensured all SEO best-practice coding conventions were adopted and the usual feeds/tools used so as to elevate their general ranking status in search engines. Google Goals was deployed so that NJH management could track the leads (viewing requests, send to a friend, general enquiries etc.) generated from the site each month (on a per branch basis). As standard on all our sites Google Analytics and Webmaster tools were integrated so that visitor interactions could be tracked and patterns mapped for marketing purposes.
