Kaweb launch Support Website
With a view to further aid our clients with tracking the progress of any support queries they might have, Kaweb have launched a support website.
The site allows guests to submit their query to a specific department and then track their issue via the same interface or in any resultant emails they receive from the ticketing system. These departments include general website and email queries as well as any issues to do with feeds (for our estate agent customers) or ecommerce sites.
The new system will ensure a single point of references for both clients and Kaweb support staff and therefore encourage speedy resolutions through the different range of departments.
