Please go to the Email set-up section of our support area where you can read how it is done.

- What is email forwarding?
Email forwarding gives you ability to forward any emails sent to your domain name you@yourdomain.com to an existing email account you have such as a Hotmail, Yahoo or ISP email account.
An Example of email forwarding:
You create the username news@mysite.co.uk which you configure to forward to you@hotmail.com.
Our servers will automatically send any emails for news@mysite.co.uk to you@hotmail.com for you.

- Why is my website is not showing?
Please contact us immediately (preferably using the form on our contact us page) and we will let you know what the problem is.

- Is there a size limit to each email sent to my account?
Yes, there is a limit of 5MB for each email. If you need to send attachments that are larger than this then you will need to find alternatives such as FTP or adding an HTTP link to the file from your web site. You could also try peer-to-peer transfer methods such as ICQ file transfer.
