We've crafted dozens of estate agent and property services websites over the last decade, empowering clients with intuitive search options, alert systems and property details. Want your site to work with your exisitng inhouse property management software (eg. Vebra, CFP Winman, Encore, Vebra Live etc.)? Not a problem - we already handle a boat load of feeds from these providers and have built up working relationships with them.

With some 35+ estate agent clients our experience in this field is considerable.

We build bespoke sites for a range of agents (single branch to multi-branch) across all discipline types (sales, lettings, students, commercial, auctions etc.) and are proud of the added value we have brought to their businesses.

We do not use design templates, but instead design the site according to client branding and site requirements.

No property management software?

Not a problem. We can provide an online admin area so that properties can be uploaded to the site.

Property management software feeds (in)

Should clients already use property software (eg. Vebra, CFP Winman, Desres, Caldes, Encore, Gemini), then we can take a feed from this to populate the site. We can even add in extra functionality so that agents are able to add in other marketing flags that the office based software cannot handle (e.g. Display address, larger imagery, search results flag and any bespoke functionality).

Feeds (out) to third party portals (eg. Rightmove)

We also send property feed data to third party portals on behalf of our clients. This means all property data is synchronised (with that on out client's site) and means that they enjoy a single point of contact should any issues arise.

Property Alerts

Allows a user to submit their search criteria to automated email alert system. When new properties come onto the site that meet that criteria then an HTML email (branded) alert is sent out to them (this also includes properties that have been reduced in price). A single-click unsubscribe link makes it easy for them to opt out and administration of each user is also enabled via an  admin area.

Payment Page

A secure page allowing for users to send payment for services, late rent payments or application fees. Form validation ensures agents are able to reconcile payments against a reference (or property)  for payments made within an online control panel. On teh cleint side this adds more leverage to late payers as well as making it availabel to them 24/7. On the administration side, throw away your ePDQ handset and enjoy unlimited (user) access (ie. all your branches), 24/7 and anywhere there's an internet connection.

Facebook

We can have the site display a Facebook feed. Not using Facebook? We can set that up too!
