The app we produced for Stoneacre Properties allows users to search, find and save Sales, Lets and Commercial properties on the go, searching North Leeds and beyond. It has the ability to share property details with friends, see their geolocation and browse property information in detail. We tied this application into the branding supplied on their current website – also built by us.

Primarily for the use of our estate agent clients, mappr is used to show property search results on a map. Using feed data, we are able to display the properties on a map (tailored to the user’s specified criteria) as well as show the relevant sales/letting information within the same interface. This makes the user-journey more intuitive than sifting through standard results listing pages as well as offering the user all relevant information regarding proximity to local services, schools and railway stations. The mappr service can be applied to existing online solutions as well as a standalone applications.

Loveitts are a Coventry based estate agent with a wide range of services and a large coverage area including Southam and Leamington Spa. The Loveitts site was designed around the existing company branding and was focused on being simple and easy to use. The Loveitts site is one of our biggest, listing commercial, residential and auction properties. The Loveitts site features a custom developed auction section, allowing users the option to sign up for catalogues, or sign up to auction specific property alerts.

Parker Hall are an estate agent focused on village and rural properties in the West Midlands and Derby. The Parker Hall site is aimed at the village property market, and a custom area search allows users to define areas of search and then specify the villages they are interested in. Additionally, each village covered by Parker Hall has it’s own page with property listings and details of the village including local activities and interests.

The property search App we produced for Nicholas Humphreys Estate Agent allows users to search, find and save properties on their iPhone, iPhone 3GS, iPhone4, iPod Touch and iPad.Also featuring the ability to send property details by email to a friend, get directions via a Google map or contact the branch – the App is targetted at their entire client base, but particluarly the students that use their services across Loughborough, Derby and Leicester.With a new website (which we produced as well), the new App also ties in completely with their new online look.

Located in the heart of Kensington, this property letting specialist agent requested a new website and a strong search engine optimisation campaign to reinforce their profile in the busy market in and around Chelsea, Belgravia, Kensington & Pimlico. It was essential the new Draker Lettings site was redesigned around their company branding, and that the site was easy to use and advertised their property portfolio in a clean and functional way. Draker Lettings features high quality large images of properties, making Draker Lettings competitive against alternate estate agents in the region and a bespoke mapping search allows users to find properties by London boroughs.

The first stage required for the development of the new Nicholas Humphreys website was to design a new logo. With their existing branding colours well known – it was important these were retained, and that the new logo helped evoke the friendly ethos behind the company. After several versions of logo were worked up, one was chosen that was to be used on the site (and that we also helped apply across all their other marketing collateral which included signboards, branch signage, stationery and general advertising).

These guys wanted something different. It had to be fairly contemporary and yet ensure long-standing branding (built up over a number of years/mergers/domains) did not go awry. Working with a third party marketing consultant, this was achieved though a large logo, strong use of the corporate colour and then some brighter illustrative imagery that gave it a modern twist. The home page is certainly different – boldly honing the options for the user through definitive user journeys that will be the most widely used, such as the sales and lettings options.

With a Vebra powered site doing nothing for their own Google search results ranking, Boothroyd embraced a whole selection of changes to their online offer. New to the site were property mapping, news (admin) as well as automated property alerts. The new site has kept the simple design of the old one, but with many improvements across the sites in terms of usability, search engine optimisation and the ability to provide clear and concise property information.

In London required a more sophisticated solution than their current site, and one which allowed the user to search and find property with the minimum amount of fuss. This was achieved through clear calls to action, as well as user-journey data being stored so as to hone the site’s content according to clicks or pages visited.

Shields & Co. asked us to evaluate their entire online image and ensure better cohesive branding throughout the site, as it was using properties sourced from several property providers. This also included some reorganising of their domains. An improved user journey was achieved though key placement of features and our mapping solution provided by Mappr added the finishing touch to the search section of the site. A bespoke admin area was also deployed so property feed data could have additional marketing flags applied, as well as allow multiple image uploads, allowing the creation of a high quality image carousel for selected properties.

Possibly the first of it’s kind, the new John German website records every click a user makes on the site, and then adapts the site content so as to make it easier for the user to browse. By recording user activity, the site can display relevant links, properties and suggestions to the user, whilst still allowing them to alter their history by way of a My JG account preference screen. Add to this a mailing list section that auto-emails subscribers the latest properties (based on favoured searches), as well as website designs that change with the seasons, the site really has raised the bar in online solutions for estate agents.
