Customers may find they are unable to connect to their servers with the connection timing out (or a general error with email, FTP, Plesk, etc).

Our engineers are aware of this and working on resolving this currently. The next update will be at 1430.

The fault has been rectified. Thanks for your patience.

Update 1500

The fault appears to be with general routing to the VPS systems (rather than a fault with the actual VPS systems themselves. As such, there is no risk to any loss of data or power.

Once this is rectified, full service will resume.
