In the heart of South Warwickshire, Royal Leamington Spa is an elegant regency town with Georgian and Victorian architecture, tree-lined avenues and squares, stunning parks and gardens. The town is split north and south by the river Leam. The magnificent Royal Pump Rooms house the Assembly Rooms, where you can sample the spa water, an art gallery and museum. Opposite the Royal Pump Rooms lie the Grade II listed gardens of horticultural excellence, Jephson Gardens. Leamington is close to the M40 motorway which offers easy access to Birmingham and London.
