mappr is an online mapping service that plots your locations on a Google style map. Adopting the same features you are used to with Google Maps, we also introduce our own according to the type of service you supply or data you’d like shown.

Primarily for the use of our estate agent clients, mappr is used to show property search results on a map. Using feed data, we are able to display the properties on a map (tailored to the user’s specified criteria) as well as show the relevant sales/letting information within the same interface.

This makes the user-journey more intuitive than sifting through standard results listing pages as well as offering the user all relevant information regarding proximity to local services, schools and railway stations. The mappr service can be applied to existing online solutions as well as a standalone applications.

After 3 years of Mappr Version 1, we decided it needed a more robust and intuitive successor. We grabbed the best ideas from it – Property Clustering, Property Details and Property Types, but took it one step further. We reinvented the design, building on top of the Google Maps API to create custom skins for clients, and offer more insight to the user, giving them Street View, Local Area Info and Geolocation. We’re proud to have built one of the best property mapping solutions in the UK.

To reflect their current website in terms of design, the emphasis for this estate agent app has been useability. Keeping it simple, whilst making use of recent iPhone OS enhancement ensures that users can find property quickly and get in touch with Boothroyd with a minimum level of fuss.

Loveitts are a multi-discipline agency, with a great history, covering Coventry, Leamington Spa and Southam.

With a previous site that did not really cover their broad range of skills very well and under-performed in lead generation, it was our job to ensure to ensure the brand was maintained and introduce a simple user-journey to each of the disciplines whilst maintaining all the information necessary for the end-user to make that call (or viewing request!).

Multiple search results views give the user options on how they wanted the properties displayed, and a prominent tool bar on the properties details page highlighted tools at their disposal at property level.

With best-practice SEO (search engine optimisation) coding conventions deployed across the site and Google Analytics goals implemented, real time stats can be analysed as to user behaviour and the number of leads generated.

We’re chuffed to bits that the site has doubled it’s traffic within two months of launch, and by all accounts has helped increased the amount of business throughput to Loveitts.

Purely Shutters are a shutter company in the midlands who requested a brochure site to showcase a large selection of custom made high quality wooden shutters. Developed with plans to expand into a full e-commerce site, the site features contact and quotation tools, including a shutter designer and quote page. We put focus on key calls to action, search-engine optimisation and clean, tidy design to encourage users to explore the site.

The new company branding of Purely Shutters featured a bright and exuberant magenta logo placed alongside a strong typeface. The magenta of the logo was applied into the web design in a minimalist fashion, allowing the site to maintain a bright and easy to use design while in keeping with the new brand.

The Purely Shutters site contains dynamic elements such as the shutter creation tool, allowing users to select from several styles, sizes and colours of shutter, and compose them into an email to save, or into an accurate quote. The tool empowers any user with the creative control to customise and build their perfect shutter and receive an accurate quote for the exact measurements they need. Using our custom Kakart software, there is an admin area where shutter types can be modified, changed and added.

A strong focus was put onto Google goals and AdWords, used in tracking new visitors and displaying localised introductions to the sire, and ensuring that purely shutters remains high on google search results.
