A minimum of two years experience is expected from a team player who is proficient in Photoshop and can cut up a site in W3C compliant CSS/XHTML code.
The applicant will be expected to manage small site builds completely, and liaise with other members of the team (of PHP developers) for the bigger builds.
A broad client base means the work will be wide ranging, with all sites built to the same strict standards.
