Knowledge and Skills
You should be a developer that takes pride in your work and is keen to work in a busy environment as well as have the following skills:

• Fully comfortable with OOP, PHP 5, MySQL and HTML/CSS;
• Knowledge of jQuery (or similar framework);
• Familiar with revision control systems, including Subversion and Git;
• Experience working with MVC frameworks (preferably Codeigniter);
• Very high attention to detail;
• Develop solutions and communicate your ideas clearly and passionately;
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator a bonus;
• Previous use of OS X also would also help you stand out;
• Must be comfortable in a Linux environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science would be nice - but not vital if talented;
• Ideally two years of industry experience along with a strong development portfolio demonstrating a lot of what is shown above;
• Experience working collaboratively and with clients would be a plus.
